Frequently Asked Questions

I ordered my SudzBox on the 17th.  It's the 17th of the following month and I still haven't received it!


Our cutoff date is 15 days before the last day of the month, so on a month like September, its midnight of the 15th.  That being said, if You order a day after the cutoff, the first box will come the following month!  We ship around the 20th of every month, so as long as your in the states, you should get it before the end of the month, usually around the 25th.


Why is your cutoff day so early?


Since we make all our products in our shoppe, we want to make sure we have everything in stock and sometimes need to make some last minute batches.  This set up allows us a few days for prep to make sure we have exactly what we need.


How often will my subscription be re-billed?


Depending on the frequency of your box will tell you how often you will be re-billed. If you are on a month to month setup, you will be billed at the end of each month, every 3 months, you will be billed at the beginning of every 3 months.


I paid for 3 months but I want to cancel and get refunded.  How do I do that?


If you signed up for 3 months, you can cancel the re-billing but you can't be refunded for what you already paid.  You will have to finish your 3 month cycle as it gets very confusing for us if you cancel half way through.


Are you sold out... forever?


Not for long, sometimes we run out, but our bubble brewers are hard at work making more items for you. Since our items are handmade, this usually just depends on dry time and set up time and if we have all the ingredients in stock. If you really want something you don't see, shoot us an email!
